It’s better to replace white foods e.g. plain pasta, white bread, and white rice etc with brown foods like whole wheat bread, brown rice and pasta, also it is highly advisable to consume loads of vegetables.

You can run or walk, play sports, or do anything that can keep you moving and maintain your heart rate elevated.
